 AMIC is delighted to offer its members for the first time the opportunity 
 to:\n\n 	Learn the essential frameworks\, models &amp\; tools that ICMIF m
 embers from over 50 countries praise for transforming performance in compl
 ex situations\;\n 	Translate the insights into near-term value through 16 
 discussions in small groups with peers facing similar challenges expressed
  in different contexts.\n\nOver six two-hour engaging\, live\, interactive
  sessions\, participants will emerge with new approaches to help you maxim
 ize your impact. In particular\, you will learn how to overcome three crit
 ical challenges when tackling complex problems:\n\n 	People are not ration
 al\;\n 	Expertise is important\, but no longer sufficient\;\n 	Our behavio
 ur is typically automatic.\n\nThrough discussion and reflection\, particip
 ants will:\n\n 	better understand how you see\, think and act\;\n 	diagnos
 e the challenges you face\, and\n 	generate a personal plan to translate y
 our insights into a few\, key\, easy to apply approaches that prior partic
 ipants from mutual insurers around the globe report being the springboard 
 to delivering impact with confidence.\n\nThe CAMIC Mutual Leadership Cours
 e will be delivered twice-weekly online via Zoom by Dave Crowther\, CEO of
  Ginger Insights\, with a typical session comprising:\n\n 	4 x 15-minute l
 ive lectures\n 	3 x 10 to 20-minute interactive peer to peer discussions i
 n groups of 2 to 4\n\nThe course will require a commitment of around 14 ho
