Registration for the 2023 CAMIC Annual Conference & Annual General Meeting at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia begins with a Welcome Reception on the evening of October 1, 2023 followed by the full program on October 2-3, 2023.
The delegate registration fee includes the following:
October 1: Activity and Welcome Reception
October 2-3: Breakfast, coffee break, lunch, and dinner
The companion registration fee includes the following:
October 1: Activity and Welcome Reception
October 2-3: Breakfast, an activity and dinner
* Please note that the cost of golf on October 1 for delegates and companions is not included in the registration fee.

NEW: This year we are offering a youth day pass and a day pass for either the Monday or Tuesday of your choice. We encourage youth to attend on Tuesday as there will be a youth networking session during the AGM.

Youth Day Pass (35 and under) - $250.00
Day Pass - $450.00
**Day passes and youth passes can only be used on the Monday OR the Tuesday for each person.

Overflow Hotel Homewood Suites - SOLD OUT
CAMIC has secured the Homewood Suites as an overflow hotel. Rooms must be booked by September 25. There are two ways that a room can be booked at this property:

Environment Friendly: Please note that there will be NO printed copies of the program available, everything will be available electronically on the website. Documents will also be circulated by email prior to the conference.
Dress Code : The dress code for the evening dinners and receptions will be business casual.
As a friendly reminder, we encourage member companies to send team members from management, board members, and youth.
We had challenges with golf, however we were able to secure a golf course and transportation. There have been a number of golf courses that closed since COVID, many do not hold events on the weekend as the clubs are reserved to members and most do not rent clubs. Transportation was also extremely challenging. Please note that the course we have secured does not rent clubs.
